Lexy’s Toast Brut Nature

Finished with a dose of our Hog Wilde Chardonnay, this bubbly carries a crisp minerality and a clean finish. The high acid brings forth flavors of gooseberry balanced by notes of white peach and anjou pear. The alcohol is only 12.17% - so you won’t be needing a stopper.

Blush o’ The Boar Rosé

A crisp and refreshing Rosé from a blend of our Estate Syrah & Grenache grapes, this delicate, high acid, low alcohol wine exudes lovely aromas of wild strawberries, fresh raspberries & pink grapefruit. Stainless steel fermented and neutral barrel aged. We are blushing.

Suzy’s Toast Viognier

We source this lively, invigorating fruit from Margaret’s Vineyard at the base of Trinity Road in Glen Ellen. This delightful, exotic, fruit-forward fresh & dry white has mouthwatering touches of sweet citrus, white peach, honeysuckle, & pear. Stainless steel fermented & neutral barrel aged.

Hog Wilde Chardonnay

Stainless steel fermented and aged in 30% new French oak which allows the natural minerality to shine through. It possesses a bright palate of green apple, pineapple, peach, and lemon zest with a hint of vanilla. Sourced from Parmelee-Hill vineyard in the Sonoma Coast AVA.

The Clowns Pinot Noir

We source this beautiful fruit from Parmelee-Hill Vineyard in the Sonoma Coast AVA. Flavors of bing cherry, cranberry & rhubarb pie burst forth with lively acidity and a clean finish. Aged in 30% new French oak. A perfect daily drinker, this bright Pinot is light yet wonderfully fruit-forward and flavorful.

Squire’s Toast Red Blend

An Aussie-inspired, seamless blend of both Estate Syrah and Estate Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from our upper vineyard, this lively red bursts with flavors of bosenberry, blackberry, a hint of white pepper and a dash of sarsparilla. The wine is aged in 40% new French oak during maturation.

Estate Syrah

Our Flagship wine is made with 100% Estate Syrah grapes sourced from our upper Syrah vineyard. This unctuous, fruit-driven, mouth-watering wine is like a velvety layer cake of blackberry pie, cassis, and blueberries, with notes of mocha, espresso, and vanilla. Aged in 30% new French oak.

Estate Port

This unusually fruit-forward Port is fortified with pure grape spirits, rather than brandy, which allows our beautiful Syrah aromas and flavors to shine through in a perfect balance of sweetness, alcohol, and acidity. Drinking it, we can’t help but think of chocolate covered cherries. Milk chocolate is a perfect pairing.

Pater et Filia Rhône Blend

85% Syrah and 15% Viognier. “Pater et Filia” means “Father and Daughter” and was influenced by a family trip to Coté Rôtie. This delicate wine is still full bodied like our Syrah, but carries a touch of feminine elegance. Fine tannin structure balances the wonderful notes of plum, pluot, and red raspberry. 30% new French oak.

The Boar 100% Cabernet

This highly sought after fruit came from the famed Rancho Salina Vineyard in the Moon Mountain AVA, which straddles both Sonoma and Napa Valleys. The Boar evokes bramble-berry, red currants, and cranberries. Enhanced by essences of exotic spices and a touch of vanilla. Aged for in 100% new French Oak.

Lexy’s Toast Rosé

A traditional Sparkling Wine blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, this Sparkling Rosé has been lightly dosed with our after dinner white wine “Mistelle” creating a dry pink bubbly that is always a hit. Hints of strawberry, raspberry, & pluot make this pair perfectly with appetizers. Don’t Burst My Bubble!
